禁止事項
- 本楽曲を自分の作品であると偽ったり、許可なく販売・二次配布するなどの行為（加工、カバー、アレンジなどしたものを含む）
- 「楽曲まとめ」や「作業用BGM集」などの音楽を主とする動画への使用
- 本楽曲を楽曲制作のサンプリング素材として使用すること、および利用条件に明記した以外の加工（キー変更、ピッチ変更など）
- YouTube Content IDなどの著作権管理システムへの登録（楽曲はすべて「zippy」名義で著作権登録・YouTube Content ID登録を行っています）
- 公序良俗に反する利用、反社会的な利用、楽曲の価値を貶めるような利用（当方が不適切と判断した場合、利用許諾をお出しできない場合があります）

著作権・提供元・利用報告は必須ではありませんが、表記していただけると非常に嬉しいです。表記方法に指定はありませんが、YouTubeの概要欄などで以下のように作曲者名やURLがわかる形で記載いただけると幸いです。

YouTubeでの利用
不当な団体からの著作権主張による被害を防ぐため、「zippy」が制作しているすべての楽曲は音源管理権限（出版権）をNexTone Inc. に委託しています。
楽曲の権利主張をすることはありませんので、収益化済みチャンネルでも安心してお使いいただけます。ただし、まれにYouTubeの自動検知システムにより「zippy（NexTone Inc. - Music Content）」から誤って著作権侵害の申し立てが行われる不具合が確認されています。
権利主張があった場合の対応
「zippy（NexTone Inc. - Music Content）」からの申し立ての場合：すぐに異議申し立てを行い、zippyのX（DM）またはGmailまでご一報ください。
それ以外の団体から申し立てがあった場合：当方の関与する申し立てではありませんので、すぐに異議申し立てを行ってください。この場合も当方にご一報ください。
免責事項
楽曲を使用したことにより生じた損害・トラブルなどについて、「zippy」は一切の責任を負いません。
当利用規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。また当利用規約の変更前に当楽曲をご利用された場合でも、変更された利用規約が利用者に適用されるものとします。

Use on YouTube
In order to prevent damage caused by copyright claims from unjust organizations, the sound source management rights (publishing rights) for all songs produced by "zippy" have been entrusted to NexTone Inc.
